We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve FORX; to authenticate your account; to deliver submissions and configured events; and to communicate about your account or the service.
Sharing and delivery
We share submission data only with destinations and services you configure, or when required to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal process.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on your selected plan and workspace settings. You can delete submissions and request account deletion from the dashboard. Account deletion is permanent and removes your workspace data subject to limited legal or security retention requirements.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your credentials and avoid sending sensitive information unless your use case requires it.
Your choices
