Using FORX
You may use FORX to receive and process submissions for applications you own or are authorized to operate. Keep your account credentials secure and make sure your forms and data collection comply with applicable laws.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content you submit through FORX. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to collect, process, and deliver that content.
Acceptable use
Do not use FORX for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, malicious code, or content that infringes another person’s rights. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service or its users.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew according to the plan you select. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Service availability
We work to keep FORX available and reliable, but the service is provided as available. We may change, maintain, or improve parts of the service from time to time.
Termination
You may stop using FORX at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms or activity that creates risk for the service or others.
